Injection Therapy
Injection Therapy using Ultrasound guidance.

Ultrasound-Guided Injections
Ultrasound is an extremely valuable tool when it comes to musculoskeletal (muscle and joint) injections. Research has shown that using ultrasound leads to:
Greater accuracy in delivering the injection
Improved safety by avoiding nearby structures
Less pain during the procedure
With ultrasound, Dr. Bradley can see inside the body in real time. This not only helps with common injection sites like the knee or shoulder, but also makes it possible to treat hard-to-reach areas with confidence and precision.
In most cases, if the treatment is appropriate, these injections can be performed the same day as your appointment—right in the office.
Types of injections that may be guided by ultrasound:
Corticosteroid injections – to reduce inflammation and pain
Hyaluronic acid injections – to improve joint lubrication and mobility
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections – to stimulate healing with your own growth factors
Stem cell therapy – to promote tissue repair and regeneration
